Terms of business for print media

Advertisement control
Aller Media reserves the right to decline any advertisement even though initially accepted or previously published. At the discretion of Aller Media, any advertisements that may be mistaken for editorial content will be provided with the word “ANNONCE” (ADVERTISEMENT).

Cancellation
Any cancellations must be received by Aller Media before the booking deadline. In case of cancellation after the deadline, 50% of the advertisement rate will be invoiced.

Terms of payment
All advertisements will be calculated at the rates in effect at the date of insertion. The terms of payment are the current month + 30 days. All prices are in Danish kroner and are exclusive of Danish VAT.

Compensation
Where security is provided, a compensation of 1% will be offered to agencies that are members of the DRRB security fund. In addition, information compensation of 1.5% will be provided.  Compensation amounts are calculated on the basis of the rate of insertion and not for production costs, postage, etc.

Complaints
Aller Media does not assume any responsibility for possible minor deviations in the reproduction from the colours of the original materials. Aller Media reserves the right to reject complaints about advertisements based on the materials that have been declared unsuitable for printing in advance. The price of the advertisement will not be reduced in case of errors for which Aller Media is not responsible. In case of errors for which the advertiser is not responsible, we offer a reduction based on our assessment of the scope of message impairment, however no more than the price of inserting the advertisement. Any complaints must be raised no later than ten business days from inserting the advertisement. Complaints about invoices must be raised no later than ten business days from receiving the invoice.

Voucher copies
One voucher copy will be provided for each advertisement displayed.

Production of advertisement material
Advertisement materials, including advertising articles, produced by Aller Media and the subcontractors of Aller Media are subject to copyright and may only be exposed in Aller’s media. Any materials desired exposed in other media may be purchased from Aller Media.

Advertisement control
Aller Media reserves the right to refuse, remove or cancel advertising campaigns, including campaigns that were initially accepted or have been displayed on network previously, without assuming any responsibility. At the discretion of Aller Media, any advertising materials that may be mistaken for editorial content will be provided with the word “ANNONCE” (ADVERT).

Terms of payment
Orders booked will be invoiced in monthly instalments on separate monthly invoices with first invoicing at campaign start. Terms of payment are the current month + 30 days. For creative products the entire amount is invoiced at production start. If payment is not received when due, Aller Media reserves the right to stop advertisements or advertising campaigns without further notice. This will not forfeit the right to receive the full amount subject to usual default interest until payment is made. Upon payment of the amount, the campaign will be resumed to the extent permitted by the circumstances.

Cancellation
Any cancellation of a booked or confirmed order must be given in writing no later than four weeks prior to campaign start. In order to be valid, the cancellation requires Aller’s written confirmation. The advertiser will be invoiced for the full amount in case of cancellation after this deadline.

Compensation
Where security is provided, a compensation of 1% will be offered to agencies that are members of the DRRB security fund. In addition, information compensation of 2% is provided, and 4% technical compensation. The compensation amounts are deducted when invoicing the order after discounts.

Complaints
The price of the advertisement will not be reduced in case of errors for which Aller Media is not responsible. In case of errors for which the advertiser is not responsible, we offer a reduction based on our assessment of the scope of message impairment, however no more than the price of the advertising campaign. Any complaints must be raised no later than ten business days from campaign start. Complaints about invoices must be raised no later than ten business days from receiving the invoice.

Materials
The advertiser and/or his agency are responsible for the advertising material and the content of hyperlinks complying with applicable laws and rules.

Production of advertisement material
Advertisement materials, including advertorials, produced by Aller Media and the subcontractors of Aller Media are subject to copyright and may only be exposed in Aller’s media. Any materials desired exposed in other media may be purchased from Aller Media.

Platforms
No distinction is made between different platforms for digital advertising. Digital advertising campaigns can consequently be implemented on all platforms: desktop, laptop, mobile devices, tablet and the similar.

 

Terms of business for web TV

Production
As a standard, video spots are delivered in QuickTime format. Any other requested format is subject to agreement with Aller Media. The web TV package includes one proofing pass for the first video. Any further proofing passes are subject to separate invoicing.

Production framework: It must be possible to produce the spots in two or no more than three days.
Casting: The customer is responsible for casting a crew to appear before the camera.
Location: The customer is responsible for the location and payment of transport expenses.

Advertisement control
The video spots produced by Aller Media may only be displayed at the Aller Media sites and at the advertiser’s own website and in-store video players. Aller reserves the right to use the videos after the expiry of the agreement. Access to expose video spots elsewhere may be purchased after the expiry of the agreement (i.e. three months after completing their production). The prices appear from Aller Media’s price list.

Cancellation
The agreement is binding. In case of cancellation later than one week before the production date or failure to appear at shootings, 50% of the total agreement price will be invoiced.

Invoicing
Web TV is always invoiced at production start. Ongoing additional expenses in connection with the production are invoiced on a current basis after each production.
